| Return policies | · Within 7 days (the cooling-off period) after receiving Rocket Overseas products, customers may request returns, provided that the items to be returned are brand new and not subject to the circumstances specified in the return restrictions below. However, if the remaining order value excluding the returned items does not reach the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee ($195) will be deducted from the refunded amount. · If the contents of the product are different from the label or advertisement or there is an existing product defect upon receipt of the product, Return request must be made within 3 months after delivery is completed and the goods are picked up (if the product has a best before date and expiration date, the request must be made within that period). · Due to the nature of overseas product shipment, product return is not possible after orders pass the “order preparation” stage, because the order has been moved to the shipment and customs clearance stages. However, customers may request return upon receipt of products. · As Rocket Overseas products are directly shipped from overseas, exchange is temporarily not available. · Please note that any taxes/duties levied by Taiwan Customs may not be refunded.
