Exchange/Return Restriction
- · When the product has been opened and/or used.
- · When any components of a set product are missing, damaged, out of order, contaminated or other situations where the consumer is attributable.
- · Any exemption of exchange/return is permitted under the applicable laws and regulations.

- · The purchased product is perishable, has a short shelf life, or will be overdue at the time that customer cancel the order;
- · The purchased product is a product customized as per the customer’s request;
- · The purchased product is newspapers, periodicals or magazines;

- · The purchased product is a digital content supplied via intangible media or online services that will be fully consumed once provided;
- · The purchased product is a personal hygiene product whose packages have been unwrapped; or
- · Any other circumstances as prescribed by applicable laws, regulations, rulings, orders, or court decisions under which the cooling-off period would be exempted.
