在Nintendo Switch 2上使用下載序號安裝遊戲

1. 目前帳戶地區設定為台灣，從未綁定過香港eShop

• 訪問https://accounts.nintendo.com/登入你的帳戶
• 進入 編輯使用者資訊 > 個人檔案 > 國家/地區
• 將地區改爲香港(備註：切換後台灣eShop餘額將歸零，請先用完餘額)

2. 在Switch 2主機上操作

• 重新啓動Switch 2，進入eShop(此時將自動切換至香港eShop)
• 選擇「輸入序號」：在螢幕左側，選擇「兌換代碼」
• 輸入序號：輸入16位下載序號。請確保輸入正確的序號(無連字符)，且不是控制符號(可能包含連字符)
• 確認：選擇「確認」開始下載
• 下載：遊戲圖示將出現在主選單上，並顯示下載狀態列。下載完成後，狀態列將消失

3. 還原帳戶地區(可選)

• 兌換完成後，再次登入官網將地區改回台灣。

Purchase Instructions

• This product is a Hong Kong version of the console. Limit one unit per customer.
• Please be advised that this is a cross-border item, originally distributed and shipped from Hong Kong; accordingly, only Hong Kong warranty is available, a local warranty is not available.
• This product is equipped with Wi-Fi/Bluetooth functionality. Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and are required to submit a personal use declaration. Please monitor subsequent notifications from the customs agency regarding declaration procedures.
• The Hong Kong version supports multiple subtitle languages, including Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, and Korean.
• This product includes a download code for the HK eShop (not a physical game card). The code must be redeemed via the HK eShop. If your Nintendo eShop account is currently set to Taiwan, you will need to temporarily switch it to Hong Kong to redeem the code.
• This product is equipped with a power supply (100V to 240V) fitted with a HK 3-pin plug. Each package includes one 3-pin to 2-pin plug adapter.

Steps to install a game on a Nintendo Switch 2 using a download code

1. If your Nintendo account region is set to Taiwan and has not been linked to the Hong Kong eShop:

• Visit https://accounts.nintendo.com/ and log into your Nintendo
• Go to User Information > Profile > Country/region of residence
• Change the region setting to Hong Kong (Please note: Any remaining balance in the Taiwan eShop will become zero upon switching regions. It is recommended that you use all available balance prior to making this change.)

2. Set up on Switch 2 console

• Reboot Switch 2 console and access the Nintendo eShop (it will automatically switch to the Hong Kong eShop)
• Redeem Code: On the left side of the screen, select "Redeem Code".
• Enter the code: Input the 16-character download code. Ensure you're entering the correct code (no hyphens) and not the control number (which may have hyphens).
• Confirm: Select "Confirm" to initiate the download.
• Download: The game icon will appear on the HOME Menu with a download status bar. The status bar will disappear once the download is complete. 

3. Restore the account region (optional)

• After the redemption process is completed, you may log into the official website again to revert the region setting back to Taiwan.
