Rocket Overseas: Orders can be delivered within 4 to 12 days after the date of order. Estimated delivery date varies depending on the country of shipment, customs clearance process, delivery area and delivery method.

Rocket Delivery: Home Delivery items ordered before 23:59 in northern Taiwan and 22:00 in central and southern Taiwan can be delivered in the next day. CVS pickup orders can be delivered within 2~3 days after the date of order.

Rocket Overseas: Free shipping applies to a purchase of NT$690 or more. For anything less, a shipping fee of NT$195 applies.

Rocket Delivery: Free shipping applies to a purchase of NT$490 or more for Home Delivery and NT$390 for CVS Pickup. For anything less, a shipping fee of NT$75 applies.

Download "EZ WAY," the real-name authentication app initiated by Taiwan Customs, on your mobile phone to complete real-name authentication. Once you confirm your parcel, customs declaration is done easily and quickly. If your parcel includes products with specific import restrictions, or you're a foreigner without ARC, you need to submit POA through EZ WAY. According to Taiwan laws, there may be limits to the purchase quantity and order amount for import-restricted products. Please refer to the product detail page for explanation on quantity limits and standards.

If your order amount exceeds NTD$ 2,000 (including shipping fee), or you have imported and been exempte for over 6 times in a half-year period (January-June/July-December), you will need to pay the customs duties.

An estimated import tax/charge will be pre-collected for all purchases at checkout. We will request to refund the overpayment to your credit card within 2 working days of customs clearance and the refund may take 7-10 working days. Please note that this is contingent on the processing time of carrier/broker and your credit card issuers. Additional payment will not be collected from customers for undercharged pre-collection.
